Return and Exchange Conditions

Return: Within 14 days after receipt, if the product is unused, uninstalled, and the packaging and accessories are intact, you can apply for a return; customized, second-hand, and opened consumables without quality problems are not supported for return.

Exchange: Within 14 days after receipt, if the product has quality problems, is sent the wrong product, or does not match the order, and the product is in stock, you can apply for an exchange.

Obtaining a Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your return request and provide you with a return authorization number and return address after confirming that it meets the conditions.

Returning the product: Use a reliable courier service to return the product to the designated address together with all original packaging and accessories, and make sure to include the return authorization number and proof of purchase in the package.

Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 2 business days, and the refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Notes
Shipping: Unless there is a quality problem with the product or we made a mistake in shipping, the shipping cost of the return shall be borne by the customer.
